Shuttle Service
Complimentary airport shuttle service is available to all hotel guests at all times Once you have arrived at the Thunder Bay International Airport, please contact the hotel and the shuttle will be on its way. In order to accommodate all of our guests we ask that you notify the front desk with your departure time.
Parking
Complimentary parking available to all hotel guests only.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping will be happy to provide extra blankets, pillows, soap and towels if required. If you require any of the above items, call the Front Desk. Cots are also available at a cost of $15, play pens are also available at no charge.
Dry Cleaning Service
Dry cleaning service is available through Perth Cleaner, Monday to Friday. Pick up time 8am and drop off at 4:30pm.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites on the second floor non-smoking rooms only. $15/pet/night charge. Your pet must be supervised at all times and not left alone.
Room Service
Room service is available Monday through Sunday, 8am – 9pm.
Wireless Internet Complimentary wireless Internet is available to all hotel guests
Lodgenet Movies
For your convenience, we offer a variety of Pay TV Movies. Please consult the movie guide on your TV for selection and instructions. Movie and charges will be automatically added to your room account.
Lobby Computer
Our lobby computer is available to all hotel guests only. The service is available at all hours every day.
